In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Paul McCann Proposal: Change of use of existing bar / snooker hall to a gymnasium at: Victoria Buildings Parliament Street Ramsey Isle of Man IM8 1AX which was considered on 29th September 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the change of use of existing bar/snooker hall to a gymnasium as shown in drawings 10/0710/1, 10/0710/2, 10/0710/3 and Business Details 30th July 2010.
- The business carried out on the premises may only be operated between the hours of 07:00 hours until 21:00 hours Monday to Friday, 10:00 hours 17:00 hours at weekends and 10:00 hours until 14:00 hours on Bank Holidays.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
