Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a building as shown and described in drawings reference WL/10/1155/1, WL/10/1155/2, WL/10/1155/3 and WL/10/1155/4 all received on 7th June, 2010.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to consider a landscaping scheme for the whole site, to mitigate the visual impact of the complex, particularly from the northern direction.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
