It is necessary to assess the impact any development adjacent to conservation areas may have on such views.
Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This permission relates to the extension to rear elevation shown in drawings WL/10/1157/1, WL/10/1157/2, WL/10/1157/3 and WL/10/1157/4 received 21st June 2010.
