Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the extension to the dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08 A and 09 received on 8th June 2010 and 24th June 2010.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
