McGarrigle \& Jackson 19 Mount Havelock Douglas IM1 2QG In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted Drawing Nos. 0134/39/P02 and P/0134/39/P05 received on the 9th December 2009 and 0134/39/P-01 rev B and 0134/39/P03 rev B received on 28 May 2010.
- The extension hereby permitted shall be used only as a garage and/or for storage only in connection with the use of the existing premises and shall not be let or sold off for use by a separate business.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
