In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 918P002, 918P003, 918P100, 918X001, 918X002, 918X003 and 918X100 date stamped the 11th March 2010.
- Prior to the commencement of development, construction details of the spillway must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
NOTE In respect of condition no. 3 the developer is advised to discuss specific requirements directly with the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority prior to making any associated submission to the Planning Authority. It should be noted that the Planning Authority will consult with the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority as part of the assessment of submitted construction details of the spillway.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
