Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions
This is an application to discharge Condition 3 relating to Registered Building consent for the alteration to existing dwelling to revert to two dwellings (In association with 10/00374/GB) Registered Building Nos. 041 & 042, Ellan Vannin / Packet House, The Quay, Castletown.
PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing internal and external features of interest in both properties and provided for approval by the Planning Authority; such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department.
The applicant's agent submits drawing number 4416/PHOTO in association with 2No. A4 colour photo sheets which is considered sufficient to recommend discharge of this application.
