Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the following drawn information all date stamped 17th March 2010:
Site Plan 1:500 Drawing Number 4297 / SP1; Location Plan 1:1250 Drawing Number 4297 / LP1; Floor Plans As Existing - Drawing Number 4297 / EX 1 Rev A; and Floor Plans As Proposed - Drawing Number 4297 / P1 Rev B date stamped 12th May 2010.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing internal and external features of interest in both properties and provided for approval by the Planning Authority; such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
