Mrs Pauline Miller 58 Hillside Avenue Douglas Isle of Man In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mrs Pauline Miller Proposal: Erection of a fruit cage (retrospective) at: Field 134956 St Judes Road Sulby Isle of Man which was considered on 10th June 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the erection of a fruit cage (retrospective) as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings LOC 1 and SITE 1 all received on 18th March 2010.
- Within one month of the decision notice the western elevation of the fruit cage is to be covered with dark green coloured netting and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.
NOTE The applicant is advised that under the Land Drainage Act 1934 that they are required to make a application to the Water and Sewerage Authority for the structure which is within the Main River Corridor.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
