Re: Erection of a garden shed at Edelweiss, Glenlough Circle Glen Vine.

Dear sir,

I would like to strongly object to the application Above for the following reasons:

a) The rear garden at Edelweiss (next door to me) is already looking Like a shanty town (as stated by your independent appeal inspector).

b) The ram shackle construction built on to my house, that was Supposed to have removed last summer is still in place.

c) A large shed has just been built which is in breach of your Building regulation 2007, class 5 1(a) still remains despite my letter of 29/11/2009. This was constructed while I was on a Family holiday at the end of July 2009 without making any Application.

d) Now yet another shed is proposed again it would appear from the Childish submitted drawings also to be breach of the building Regulation.

In conclusion your independent inspector stated that Mr Matthews 's

Un approved building works took a very un naiboughly approach, He since then has constructed a large elegal timber shed in a position To cause maximum detrement to my property and now intends to Construct another elegal construction whilst still in breach of both Planning and building regulations for the last two constructions within the boundary of his property.
