Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the construction of an industrial unit with associated car parking as shown in drawings GA1, GA2, GA3, GA4, GA1/1250 and GA200 all received on 2nd February, 2010.
- Notwithstanding the details submitted, further details of the means of surface water drainage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of building works on site: such details shall include the final discharge figure from the proposed development into the public sewer.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Manx Electricity Authority in respect of future and existing electricity supplies to and on the site.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
