Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of replacement railings and landscaping shown on drawings as follows:
P10 15601 P1 entitled Location, Site lans and railings details date stamped 03 Feb 2010
Draft I date stamped 09 Dec 2009 A4 photo sheets entitled 'Existing Railings 1', 'Existing Railings 02', 'Example of railings to be used at 6 Auckland Terrace' all date stamped 09 Dec 2009 and 03 Feb 2010 repectively;
2No. A4 detail sheets showing the Side Elevations and Frotn Elevatiosn of the railings and gate with finials date stamped 09 Dec 2009 and 03 Feb 2010 repectively;
A4 detail sheet showing Top Elevation of glazed lightwell cover - 1/20, Side Elevation of glazed Lightwell Cover - 1/20 date stamped 09 Dec 2009 and 03 Feb 2010 repectively.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
