In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 8th April 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 100 rev. A, 101 rev. A, 102 rev. A, 103 rev. A and 104 rev. A date stamped the 19th February 2010.
- Prior to the use of the access road the entrance arrangements must be set out in accordance with drawing no.s 103 rev. A and 104 rev. A date stamped the 19th February 2010.
- Prior to the commencement of development details of three replacement trees to be planted within the application site must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority. Thereafter, the agreed trees must be planted no later than the first planting season following the completion of the development. Should any of these new trees subsequently die, be removed, become seriously damaged or become diseased within a period a five years from the completion of the development they must be replaced in the next available planting season with another of a similar size and species.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
