In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the construction of an industrial building and parking as shown in drawings AT 1028.1 and the site plan received on 15th December, 2009 and the site plan received on 19th January 2010.
- The building may be used for storage purposes or for general industrial uses.
NOTE: It should be noted that in both cases the only discharges which will be permitted to the public foul sewer at the present time are domestic sewage from domestic wcs and canteens on site.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
