In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18th May 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of five additional garages, Heathfield Yard, Patrick Street, Peel as shown by C/3811/1 received 27th January 2010.
- The units may only be used for storage purposes and not for any other purposes including commercial or as workshops.
- The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.
NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
