In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure determined to APPROVE a planning application by Thyme Ltd, Ref 14/01131/B, for the Erection of an office building with integral car parking at Existing Car Park 62 Circular Road Douglas Isle Of Man subject to compliance with the following condition(s):
Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Reason: in the interests of road safety and reducing vehicular traffic to the development.
Reason: this condition is in order to satisfy the Department and Highway Authority that the final details of the highway scheme/works are acceptable before work commences on site.
Reason: this condition is imposed in order to ensure that reasonable and adequate space is provided to meet normal parking demands and avoid the need for vehicles to park on the highway where they could adversely affect the safety of other highway users.
Reason: in the interests of road safety and reducing vehicular traffic to the development.
Reason: to ensure that satisfactory facilities for the parking of cycles
NOTE The grant of planning permission will require the applicant to enter into an appropriate agreement with the Highway Authority. The Highway Authority hereby reserves the right to provide the highway works within the highway associated with this proposal. Provision of the highway works includes design, procurement of the work by contract and supervision of the works.
This approval relates to drawings SC1328.1, SC1328.2, SC1328.3, SC1328.4, SC1328.5, SC1328.6, SC1328.7, SC1328.8, SC1328.9, SC1328.10, SC1328.11, SC1328.12, SC1328.13, SC1328.14, SC1328.15, SC1328.16, SC1328.17, SC1328.18 and SC1328.19 and IM1750/PDR01Rev 1 all received on 29th September, 2014.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee in accordance with the authority delegated to it in the name of the Minister and/or in the name and on behalf of the Department.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No 2) Order 2013.
Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with Article 8 of the Order.
A valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain:

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
Whichever is the later.
If no appeal is lodged within 21 days of the date of issue overleaf, and this decision becomes final, the Department's public reference copy (counter copy) of the planning application may be collected by the applicant or their agent from Murray House.
Please note that if the counter copy of the application is not collected within THIRTY DAYS following the last date on which a planning appeal can be made it will be destroyed without further notice.
