Beauty Salon Planning Statement

Statement

I would like to put in for change of use at the site of: Suite 4, 2nd Floor Stanley House, Lord Street, Douglas, IM1 2BF. I would like to change the site from office use to a Beauty Salon.

I would like to run my business 'The Lily Retreat' on the following days and hours:

Monday 9-5, Tuesday 9-7, Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 9-9, Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-5.

The staff that would be working there are myself (Stacy Barnes) doing full time hours, Kyra Parsons (Full Time), and Emma Tracey (Thursday Evening & Saturday Afternoons).

We will be offering basic beauty treatments such as: Facials, Massage, Fake Tanning, Waxing and Nail Treatments.

We anticipate no more than two clients within the salon for treatments at one time, as there are only two therapists that will be working at one time.
