The application sought permission to build a first floor extension over an existing roof terrace at 'Rest And Be Thankful', a grand two-storey Georgian property on the A2 Ramsey to Douglas Coast road. The dwelling sits directly on the highway in open countryside, with a parking area and garden to the rear. The site falls within an area designated as part Woodland and part High Landscape or Coastal Value and Scenic Significance under the Isle of Man Development Plan. Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval for the erection of a first floor extension over an existing roof terrace relates to drg no P01 and PO2 both date stamped 24th October 2012.
