In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure determined to APPROVE a planning application by Sartfell Education & Tourism Ltd, Ref 14/00434/B, for the removal of existing garage, stable and side extension, renovation of main cottage and erection of new extension to provide additional living, and tourist accommodation at Sartfell Cottage Upper Sartfell Kirk Michael Isle Of Man IM6 1BE subject to compliance with the following condition(s):
Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
REASON: the proposed planting is an integral part of the overall proposals for the site and contribute to the setting of the site and the building as altered and as such the planting must be undertaken in accordance with the approved plans.
This approval relates to Drawings P(P).001, P(P).002, P(P).003, P(P).004, P(P).005, P(P).006, P(P).007, P(P).008, P(E).001, P(E)002, D669-ES-01 and D669-ES-02 all received on 8th April, 2014.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee in accordance with the authority delegated to it. This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No 2) Order 2013. Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with Article 8 of the Order.
A valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain:

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, are available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
Whichever is the later.
If no appeal is lodged within 21 days of the date of issue overleaf, and this decision becomes final, the Department’s public reference copy (counter copy) of the planning application may be collected by the applicant or their agent from Murray House.
Please note that if the counter copy of the application is not collected within THIRTY DAYS following the last date on which a planning appeal can be made it will be destroyed without further notice.
