In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 21st April 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This planning approval relates to drawing no.s PA100, PA101, PA102, PA103, PA104 and PA105 date stamped the 4th February 2011.
- Unless permitted by any subsequent planning approval the building hereby approved shall only be used in association with the residential enjoyment of Rockwood. For the avoidance of doubt no commercial use of the building or use of the building as a private members club is permitted by this planning approval.
- Prior to the commencement of development a scheme prepared by a suitably qualified acoustic engineer, or satisfactory equivalent, detailing and identifying any sound proofing requirements, must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority. Thereafter any sound proofing measures contained within the agreed scheme must be installed prior to the commencement of use of the building and thereafter maintained for the life span of the building.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

Whichever is the later.
