This retrospective application sought permission for the erection of a general storage building at Cronk Breck, Bernahara Road, Andreas, Isle of Man, along with associated landscaping works. The Department of Infrastructure approved the application on 27 November 2012. The officer's assessment found that the storage building sits significantly lower than the adjacent dwelling and is set among existing trees, limiting its visibility from outside the site.
