Condition 1

Condition 3
Notwithstanding the details submitted, further details of the scheme of drainage should be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority prior to any works continuing. The site should then be made available for Inspection by the Planning Authority or their advisors to ensure that the scheme is carried out as approved.
