   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   This approval relates to the erection of an industrial building and associated parking and turning facilities all as shown in drawings WL/13/1291/2A and WL/13/1291/1B both received on 4th February, 2014 and WL/13/1291/3 received on 12th December, 2013.

   Condition 3

   The largest unit may be used only for storage purposes: the remainder of the units hereby approved may be used for storage or for industrial purposes.
