Dear Planning Director, My mother who lives at Briarwood, Main Road, Glen Vine IM44AY has received a consultation letter with regards to the property next door - Dreemskerry - planning application - PA 25/90428/B. My mother believes if the balcony construction is in keeping with the rest of the building and more clarification can be provided on what door is to be used, then there should not be a problem. We would like to understand what is the building being built at the hedge line at Dreemskerry as indicated in the attached photos. This does not appear on the plans as an existing building / shed however a concrete plinth and building blocks to a height of 4 foot now can be clearly seen from the road. Is there a planning application for this? Best regards
