Morning Tara
Just to confirm, I will require percolation test to prove site can be drained at planning stage.
A connection to existing is fine please make sure it shown on your submitted drawing. A communication fee will be payable for this new dwelling.
Kind regards John From: Tara Jackson [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 22 May 2012 09:28 To: Kneen, John Subject: RE Ramilies, Clay Head Road, Baldrine.
John,
We confirm that we will dispose of Storm Water drainage by locating a soakaway on site. We currently have two locations which are suitable - the preferable of which is the North East corner. Is a percolation test required prior to submission of the planning application?
With regards to foul drainage, we will be connecting into the existing manhole. Would this require a separate connection or can we connect into the existing pipe work which runs from the Existing property down the drive?
Kind Regards,
Tara.

Sorry there will be no surface water into the foul. Please come up with alternative arrangements. Kind regards John

John,
We are currently putting together a Planning Application in the grounds of Ramilies Clay Head Road, Baldrine. The 2 Bedroom house is for a retired couple and will be located between Lindholme Lodge and Cooil Beg. The site is not large enough for a soak away, therefore we would like to utilise manhole 1105 for surface and foul water. Please see attached pdf Sewer Record for Ramilies, Clay Head Road, Baldrine. We are led to believe that there is a problem with flow in this drain and additional surface and foul water could alleviate this matter.
I await your advice.
Kind Regards,
Tara
