TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Sean Bostrom, Ref 25/90323/MCH, for the Minor change to PA 25/90126/B (single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling) installation of PV solar panels on south west and north east facing roofs at Palm Lea Glen Road Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7AJ .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates only to:

• the addition of PV solar panels to the south west and north east elevations

This decision hereby approved relates to documents and drawings submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, LOCATION AND SITE PLANS, APPROVED PLANS AND ELEVATIONS, and PROPOSED PLANS AND ELEVATIONS all recorded as being electronically received on 08.04.2025
