In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Kevin Bott, Ref 25/90420/MCH, for the Minor change to planning application 24/91218/B for reduction in width of two-storey extension to create pathway adjacent to boundary wall at Croit-Ny-Kiyt Crossag Road Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 3EF .
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates only to:
- the reduction in the area of floor space covered between the northern elevation of the proposed side extension and the boundary wall
This decision hereby approved relates to documents and drawings submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, COVER LETTER, LOCATION PLAN EXISTING SITE PLAN PLANS AND ELEVATIONS, APPROVED SITE PLAN PLANS AND ELEVATIONS and PROPOSED SITE PLAN PLANS AND ELEVATIONS all recorded as being electronically received on 25.04.2025
