TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by G2 Developments, Ref 25/10042/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 4 of PA 24/91155/B providing details for the tree protection scheme at St Olaves Bowring Road Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 3ES .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, TREE PROTECTION MEASURES, SOH-C4-01, HERRAS FENCING INSTALLATION and 16A all recorded as being electronically received on 20.03.2025

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation, and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 4 of application 24/91155/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
