Netherby Minor Amendment Application Planning Statement March 2025

This minor application covers the following changes.

• 1 Change of Garage Door Pattern
• 2 Change of Bedroom 1 window arrangements to plots 4 & 7
• 3 Bedroom 1 Window width reduced on plots 5 & 6
• 4 Air Source Heat Pump location added to plots 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7
• 5 Posts add to the canopy of plot 3

We consider that the application will be minor application as it does not a ect the following:-

• 1 There is no alterations to the footprint of the building or ther positions on the development.
• 2 There is no alteration to the parking provision.
• 3 The site has commenced and is under construction.
• 4 The Air Source Heat Pumps would be compliant with the permitted order.
