TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes, Ref 25/90315/MCH, for the Minor Change to PA 21/01567/B (erection of 7 detached dwellings), garage door style amended to all plots, master bedroom window amendments to plots 4 through 7, air source heat pumps added to plots 3 through 7 at Netherby Douglas Road Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1TN .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to documents and drawings submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, DRAWING REGISTER, PLANNING STATEMENT, LOCATION PLAN SITE PLAN, PLOT 1&2 GARAGES APPROVED, PLOT 1&2 GARAGES PROPOSED, PLOT 3 APPROVED, PLOT 3 PROPOSED, PLOT 4 APPROVED, PLOT 4 PROPOSED, PLOT 5 APPORVED, PLOT 5 PROPOSED, PLOT 6 APPROVED, PLOT 6 PROPOSED, PLOT 7 APPROVED and PLOT 7 PROPOSED, all recorded as being electronically received on 26.03.2025
