Officer’s Report INTRODUCTION
The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
BASIS OF APPLICATION

The changes to bedroom window (1 type) on plots 4 & 7 removes the originally proposed single window that sits above the garage on the south-west and north-east elevations. This change would not result in new or increased adverse impacts on adjoining or neighbouring properties or highway safety.
The changes to the larger bedroom window on plots 5 & 6 to a reduced size would not result in new or increased adverse impacts on adjoining or neighbouring properties or highway safety.
The addition of the Air Source Heat Pump added to plots 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 would not result in new or increased adverse impacts on adjoining or neighbouring properties or highway safety.
The addition of posts to the porch canopy on plot 3 would not create any new or adverse impacts.
- 23(1)(e) The Minor Change is not more than minor and is not of a magnitude to warrant a new application
