Permission was granted for a package of alterations to a single-storey semi-detached house on the northeast side of Ballaterson Crescent, Peel. The works include a single-storey extension to the rear, an attached front porch, a new bay window on the front elevation, and the replacement of a side window with a door. The property already has a pitched-roof main house and a flat-roof conservatory to the rear.
