In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Chris Faragher \& Amanda Reid, Ref 25/10047/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 5 of PA 22/00651/B providing details of the Arboricultural Method Statement \& Tree Protection Plan at Ballaskelly at Ballaskelly Mountain Road Onchan Isle Of Man IM4 5BL .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to documents and drawings submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, 22-021-06-TREE PROTECTION PLAN and 22021ARBORICULTURAL METHOD STATEMENT all recorded as being electronically received on 31.03.2024

NOTE In the instance of the submitted details and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 5 of planning application 22/00651/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
