Permission was granted for the erection of a replacement dwelling at Thie Ny Strooan, Hillberry Green, Douglas, Isle of Man. The site is large and enclosed on all sides by mature tree planting, and the previous substantial dwelling had already been demolished under a separate consent before this application was determined.
