During the process of reglazing and reroofing the conservatory to the rear of our property the previously wooden decked area became broken and unsafe and has been removed.
The decked area has been renewed with composite decking and the area has been extended to cover the grassed area to the boundary wall of our property. This is a retrospective application as we were unaware that replacing already existing decking would require planning approval.
The boundary fence had also fallen into a state of disrepair, wind had blown a panel down and the remaining panels had weakened and therefore have been removed. We would like to replace the wooden panels with glass balustrades and seek permission within this application to do so.

We would like to request permission to review the construction of the already approved boundary wall to the roadside of Hawthorne Cottage.
Permission requested to construct the wall by placing blocks vertically rather than horizontally supported by piers spaced at 3m intervals. Piers to be built to the same height as the boundary wall and will only be visible from the garden of Hawthorne Cottage.
