KNR CONSTRUCTION plan to use the unit in question for storage of equipment and tools. We currently have 6 no staff of which will require access to the unit Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm Saturday 7am - 2pm. KNR have been trading since 2017 and have seen the company grow steadily hence the need for storage from our current use of a garage. We won't require customer parking as $95 \%$ of our work is carried out on site. We plan to park our 7.5 t vehicle at the area marked on the proposed site drawing which also as access to the farmers field.
