TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr David Thomas, Ref 25/10004/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 of PA 24/00323/B giving details of the proposed planting scheme at Deansgate Lucerne Court Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 6BJ .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: Application Form and Planting List, recorded as being electronically received by the Department on 09.01.2024

NOTE In this instance of the documents submitted in relation to the soft and hard landscaping details and after consultation with the recommending case officer, who is happy with the level of detail and planting list produced, as well as the Departments Ecosystems Policy Officer it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 2 of application 24/00323/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
