On 26th October 2012, and in pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order, the Department of Infrastructure determined to REFUSE planning application 12/01238/B by Mr Bill Mummory for the erection of extensions to dwelling at 29 Ballakermeen Drive Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 4JE for the following reason(s):
- The height, massing and proximity of the proposed extension to the boundary of No. 27 Ballakermeen Drive would result in an unacceptable overbearing impact upon the outlook currently enjoyed from that property. For this reason the proposal would fail to meet General Policy 2 (g) of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007.

Please note that if the counter copy of the application is not collected within THIRTY DAYS following the last date on which a planning appeal can be made it will be destroyed without further notice.
