TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Christopher & Mrs Thelma Quayle, Ref 25/10114/AIR, for the Information in realtion to Condition 3 for PA23/00939/B for Prior to the occupation of the dwellinghouse hereby approved, the curtilage as defined in Condition 2 at Upper Kerrowmoar Kerrowkeil Road Grenaby Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 3BB .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This approval relates to the documents and drawing no. 21/3128/PA07D, which has been received on 8th September 2025; and cover letter and drawing no. 21/3128/PA10, which has been received on 31st December 2025.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 8 of application 23/00939/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details, especially with the welsh slate details.
