Hello, From the Planning List 4 Oct 2024 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re-consultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
- • 24/91064/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking.
- • 24/91093/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the proposals would have a similar or less parking demand than the existing use and there is on-site parking available.
- • 24/91101/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking. A S109 highway agreement will be required for the proposed dropped kerb footway vehicular access.
- • 24/91102/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the existing access and proposed layout is acceptable for the proposals. The Applicant is advised to consider EV charging points for guests to aid Net Zero ambitions.
- • 24/91103/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the existing access and proposed layout is acceptable for the proposals. The Applicant is advised to consider EV charging points for guests to aid Net Zero ambitions.
- • 24/91125/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as there is on-site and on-street parking available for the proposals, and a service yard available for loading/unloading in front of the unit
