The earlier planning permission (24/00307/B), granted on 23 July 2024, approved a ground floor extension and annex, a new garage, driveway and turning area, and a new door opening with steps to the existing ground floor lounge at Fo Ghlion, Ballamoar Lane, Ballaugh.
