TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Gary Lamb, Ref 24/90908/MCH, for the Minor Changes Application to PA 22/01463/B for the omission of two proposed windows and the repositioning of remaining windows on the North Elevation of the barn/garage at Reef House/Old House College Green Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1BE .

- o Planning Letter which were submitted on the 09.08.2024. NOTE This approval only relates to the following:
- o Omission of two windows as well as the repositioning and reduction in height of the remaining 5 windows.
