In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Paul Brew, Ref 24/10090/AIR, for the Information in relation to conditions 8, 9 and 10 of planning application 22/01133/B giving details for lizard hibernaculm, open space maintenance and bird boxes and hedgehog fencing. at Fields 210401, 210403, 210451 & 210 Ballagarraghyn Bretney Road Jurby IM7 3ES.

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: Application Form and Jurby Phase 2 Technical Note Final recorded as being electronically received on 28.08.2024 as well as the additional revised information receieved on 05.09.2024, titled:

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 3 and 4 of application 23/01192/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
