In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Francis Edwards Garnet-Ore, Ref 24/10092/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of planning application 24/00287/C for the provisions of car parking at Outbuildings Ballastrang Castletown Road Ballaglonney Santon Isle Of Man IM4 1EU .

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department, datestamped as being received on 23.08.2024 titled: Application Form and Details, and Updated Site Plan and Layout (red line amended) recorded as being received on 20.09.2024

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation, and after consultation with the case officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 3 application 24/00287/C, on the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
