The Development Control Manager is requested to consider submissions made in relation to condition no. 37 of the above approved planning application. Condition no. 3 states: "Prior to the commencement of development further details of the means of providing bin storage and the location of utility boxes/meters within or to the rear of the building, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority and the development shall be carried out in accordance therewith." The submission relating to the above condition comprises of a letter from the applicant stating that the refuse bins will be stored in the rear yard for collection via the rear lane and the utility meters will be incorporated within the front porch of the building, not visible from outside of the property. I consider that this submission meets the requirements of the condition and serves the desire purpose. I recommend that the submission is accepted and the applicant be advised accordingly.
