In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Julie Phillips, Ref 25/10075/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of PA 24/00811/B providing details for the conservation type roof-lights to be implemented at 48 Patrick Street Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1BS .

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documentation and after consultation with the relevant Department confirming that they are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 4 of application 23/00759/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
