TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Alex Taylor, Ref 25/10092/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of PA 23/01184/B providing details for the equipment that is to be installed (antennas, dishes and remote radio heads) at Cable And Wireless Site King Edward Bay Golf And Country Club Groudle Road Onchan Isle Of Man IM3 2JR .

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, IOM_25 KING EDWARDS GC ISSUE C 02.10.23 - SITE PLAN, IOM_25 KING EDWARD BAY MOBILE SITE PLANNING CONDITION 3 DISCHARGE all recorded as being electronically received on 17.06.2025 and 27.10.2025
