TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Alex Taylor, Ref 25/10085/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of PA 24/00129/B providing details for the equipment that is to be installed (antennas, dishes and remote radio heads) at SURE SITE IOM 04 Ballakissack School Lane Santon Isle Of Man IM4 1EG .

This decision hereby approved relates to documents and drawings submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, IOM_04 BALLAKISSACK FARM MOBILE SITE PLANNING CONDITION 3 DISCHARGE, APPLICATION FORM, all recorded as being electronically received on 17.06.2025 and 27.10.2025
