TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr And Mrs Corlett, Ref 25/10083/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of PA 21/00091/C providing full details of soft landscaping works at Part Field 624032 Rear Of 1 And 2 Mount Sayle Port E Vullen Maughold Isle Of Man IM7 1AP .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to documents and drawings submitted to the Department titled: Application Form and APPLICATION FORM all recorded as being electronically received on 30.06.2025

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documentation and after consultation with the relevant Department confirming that they are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 3 of application 21/00091/C which was to only ensure; "the provision of an appropriate landscape setting to the development" and under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
