On 24th October 2012, and in pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order, the Department of Infrastructure determined to REFUSE planning application 12/01160/B by Adrian Kermeen Corlett & Suzanne Jayne Corlett for the installation of flood lighting to riding arena (Retrospective) at Field Number 614732 Baldrine Farm Baldrine Road Baldrine Isle of Man for the following reason(s):
- The proposal is contrary to Environment Policy 2 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 in that the lighting, if approved, would cause unacceptable harm to the character and quality of the landscape which is recognised as being of High Landscape or Coastal Value and Scenic Significance.
